Today we drive over Bosporus to Asia. Afterwards our journey continuous to Bursa, highlights are: Ulu Camii which is the major mosque of Bursa and the mausoleum of the fifth Ottoman Sultan, Mehmed I, known as Yesil Türbe (Green Tomb) and Silk Bazaar. Overnight in Bursa.

We visit today Sardis which symbolizes renaissance and the reformation. Further we will reach Pamukkale where you can witness one of the most natural beauties of Turkey, the limestone terraces.  Overnight in Pamukkale.

Pamukkale is famous not only for the extraordinary beauty of its unique geological formations, but also for its historical remains of Hierapolis which is located directly on top of the travertines. Finally we will have break at Carpet Weaving Center and see the story of how carpets are made. Two overnights in Kusadasi.

Today we will visit Ephesus, which is one of the largest open air museums of the world. During the afternoon you can see the Virgin Mary House and St.John Basilica as well.

From Kusadasi the road goes to Pergamon. We will visit the Acropolis which is located on a hill. The most significant remains of the ancient city are; Asklepion and Sanatorium. Two overnights in Assos.

Driving to Trojan, which is a Hellenistic city in Canakkale. Here we will see the home of Trojan Horse documented in Homers “Iliad”. The remains of ancient Trojan were excavated by archeologist Heinrich Schliemann in 1871, all those keeping the ancient myths and memories awake in this city and transforming the history from thousands years ago to present. The road continues over the infamous Dardanelles towards Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

The morning starts with a glance at the history. Hagia Sophia, one of the important symbols of Istanbul. Neighbouring the Hagia Sophia the Sultan Ahmet Mosque stands opposite to Hagia Sophia recognized with its six minaret’s.

The Topkapi Palace is the epitome of the Orient, it was home to the many important characters from the Ottoman history. The Süleymaniye Mosque was built on the order of Sultan Süleyman (Süleyman the Magnificent) and it is considered as the major work of Sinan the Architect.
